Morocco is the country that the Arab geographers called Al-Maghreb al-Aqsa — the Farthest West of the Islamic world.

I have been coming to Morocco for thirty years, initially to source new producers and new products for my fair trade business One World is Enough. Over the years of visting and getting to know Morocco I have fallen in Love with the country, the people and the food!
