Our Wooden Geckos are hand made in Bali where you see geckos everywhere. They are very welcome in peoples houses where they stick to walls and ceilings waiiting quietly and still for a mosquito to get within range before catching them on their long tongues.

Our set of 3 wooden geckos are hand carved from sustainably grown albesia wood. Albesia wood is an incredible resource, in the tropics trees can grow to a height of 70 ft and a girth of 3 ft within 4 years of germination. It is soft, light and easy to carve and as it grows so quickly it is very sustainable.

So give your home an exotic Balinese feel with your very own set of 3 home geckos! They are painted in an Aboriginal Dot Style, as they are hand painted the colours will vary slightly. Our set of geckos is designed for wall hanging although you could just put them on a flat surface such as a window sill.

The largest gecko measures 25 cm ( 10 inches) by 8 cm ( 3 inches) , the middle gecko measures 20 cm ( 8 inches) by 7 cm ( 2.75 inches) and the small gecko measures 15 cm ( 6 inches) by 6 cm ( 2.5 inches).
