Our Lovely new Handcarved Seahorses are proving to be very popular with our customers. They are hand carved by a family of master woodcarvers living high in the hills in Bali.

They are hand carved from sustainably grown albesia wood. Albesia wood is an incredible resource, in the tropics trees can grow to a height of 70 ft and a girth of 3 ft within 4 years of germination. It is soft, light and easy to carve and as it grows so quickly it is very sustainable.

Our Seahorses are hand carved then they are given a lime stain then varnished with a matt varnish for protection. They have lovely carved details which give our Seahorses great texture.

They come in the choice of Mummy, Daddy or Baby or why not buy the family sized herd of three ( Mummy, Daddy and Baby).The Baby Seahorse measures approx 42 cm tall by 12 cm wide, the Mummy Seahorse measures approx 60 cm by 20 cm and the Daddy measures 80 cm by 20 cm.

As all our Seahorses are hand carved they are all slightly different, this means that you get a unique hand made item
