Resheswor Monastery Incense is a very special Traditional Tibetan Incense burnt in the monastries of Nepal and Tibet. It is made from 31 natural aromatic ingredients including Red and White Sandalwood, Nagi, Saffron and Rhodedendron and is very calming and tranquil which is why the monks use it when meditating.

Our Resheswor Monastry Incense is made for us by an old Tibetan Lama who uses an ancient secret formula passed down through the generations. The sticks are pure incense they do not contain a bamboo stick which Tibetans believe contaminants the incense. This means the incense can be broken into smaller lengths. Each whole stick will last about 30 mins in a still room.
