Our Funky Green Kathmandu Patchwork hoodies are very cool, they are inspired by the Magic Bus era of the late sixties and early seventies when young hippies could catch a bus from London, through Europe, Turkey, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and onto India or Nepal. It must have been a great trip!
Our Funky Green Kathmandu Patchwork hoodies start off life as square cotton patches. The designs are blockprinted onto the square Cotton patches using carved wooden blocks. The patches are then dyed in two shades of green before being assembled into this rather cool hoodie. They feature a rather excellent pixie style hood!
They are made by one of our lovely fair trade producers based in the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal
They come in sizes 10 - 16. Machine Washable on a 40 degree cycle, line dry, it's better for your clothes and it saves electricity! This garment is designed to fade slowly with washing.
